Was defended the first doctoral thesis held at the postgraduate program in food science and technology (PPGCTA), the Institute of technology (ITEC) of UFPA, in the afternoon of Thursday, 24. The defense was made in Ceamazon and was attended by professors, the Dean of research and graduate studies, Emmanuel Tourinho, as friends and family of PhD student.
